Question: How do you remove stains permanently?
Answer: First you pre-treat the stained area with our Urine Zapper stain pre-treater. You gently massage the pre-treater into the carpet allowing it to penetrate all the way down into the carpet padding.
Then you will sprinkle our patented Urine Buster Powder which is made of a patented blend of micro "sponges" and other natural ingredients over the affected area. This soft, pleasantly fragrant powder soaks up the urine from the carpet padding all the way up to the surface of the carpet. Once the powder is completely dry, you simply vacuum up the now dry powder. It now contains the urine from the carpet and padding, thus eliminating both the stain, and the odor.
Question: Are your products safe
Answer: YES! Our team is dedicated to not only providing you the best stain and odor removal possible, but we also put your family and your pet's safety as a top priority. Not only is it safe, but you can walk on the treated area within an hour and it will not effect the treatment process. (While our products are safe, we do not recommend toddlers crawling on the effected areas until the process is complete. Not because it is toxic or harmful, but simply because it is a powder, which if on the hands, could get into the eyes and cause itchiness.)

With over 15 years in the carpet cleaning business, we made the decision that we wanted to help more people, and reach more people than we ever could just by doing small carpet cleaning jobs locally. So we made the decision to pull out of the carpet cleaning and stain removal business (formerly Trinity Carpet Cleaning and Pro Pet Solutions), and focus on developing and perfecting our products for the general public. After all, we assume that there are pet stain and odor problems all over the place, and not just in our tiny little corner of Missouri. After lots of trial, error, and time, we confidently offer what we can only describe as the best product and process on the market for the average everyday person to remove stains and odors in the safest and most effective way possible.
